For pretty much as long as I can remember, I have enjoyed writing, I have enjoyed golf, I have enjoyed sports and I have consumed media.

So that’s essentially what this site is going to be about. It is going me talking about golf, sports in general and the world of media. I will write about courses I play, my thoughts about what might be happening in the sports world and I will likely link to interesting stories.

A little about me: I am an ex-sportswriter who grew weary of the nonsense after more than a decade of waiting around to talk to coaches and players. After a stint as a news reporter, I moved into the world of public relations in the fall of 2008. I am now a member of the corporate communications team of a integrated health care organization in the Twin Cities.
